3/1 Family Food Fight ~ Chopped Competition!
*Ages 8+ at least one participant must be 18+
Is your family ready to battle it out in the kitchen for prizes and bragging rights? Family Chopped is comprised of 1 round (main course) where teams will have 50 minutes to create culinary masterpieces using the secret box ingredients provided by Foodology along with items from our pantry. Each team will then have to plate their dish and present it to the judges.
*This is intended to be a friendly competition for adults with children between the ages of 8-18.

3/8 Irish Soda Bread
Learn how to make Irish soda bread so good you'll be baking it all year long! Each participant will make a loaf of soda bread to eat and enjoy. This class is hands on with some demonstration. All recipes will be provided. Seats are limited. BYOB!

3/15 Tres Leche Cake

Discover the art of creating one of Latin America's most beloved desserts, Tres Leches Cake! In this hands on cooking class, you'll learn how to bake a light and airy sponge cake that soaks up a rich blend of three milks — evaporated, condensed, and heavy cream, resulting in a luscious, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Under the guidance of Chef Bailey, you'll explore cake techniques for achieving the perfect crumb, balancing sweetness, and how to master a silky whipped cream topping. By the end of class, you'll have a beautifully finished tres leches cake to take home as well as the confidence to recreate this classic dessert anytime. Do you enjoy watching food challenges on TV? If so, grab your friends and family and join us as we bring the Netflix show "Nailed It" to life in our Foodology teaching kitchen! Our friends at Sassy Mama Sweets will be creating an edible masterpiece that contestants will have to copy. The team whose culinary submission is closest to the original will take home the "Nailed it" title as well as a $50 gift card to Foodology! All cakes (pre-baked), supplies and tools will be provided. *This is intended to be a friendly competition for adults with children between the ages of 8-18.

Chef Blair will demonstrate Italian, Swiss and French buttercreams while having participants use the buttercream to learn hands on cupcake decorating techniques. 4/26 Cupcake Wars!
Does your family love to bake together? Do they enjoy watching food challenges on TV? If so, join us for Foodology's ultimate CUPCAKE THROW DOWN! Using the Foodology kitchen pantry items, mixers and a choice of 3 base cake recipes and 2 base frosting recipes, teams will have to create and frost 12 original cupcakes before time runs out! Teams will be judged on Creativity, Presentation & Taste. A $50.00 Foodology gift card and bragging rights are at stake! Does your team have what it takes to impress the judges? All supplies and tools will be provided. This is intended to be a friendly competition.

Grab your Legos and head to Foodology to have fun making fudgy brownies into colorful Lego blocks with the help of frosting and candies! We'll even learn some Lego fun facts and trivia while we eat!

6/7 Strawberry Shortcakes
June is strawberry month in the north east and what better way to celebrate these ruby gems than to create a classic strawberry shortcake! In this class, participants will learn how to make buttermilk biscuits, fresh strawberry sauce and whipped sweet cream and how to assemble show stopping strawberry shortcakes. This class is hands on. All recipes will be provided.

7/26 Wood Fire Pizza Making

Chef Rachael will teach about wood fire cooking and homemade pizza making! Participants will each get to make dough to bring home and then use Chef Rachael's dough to make a personal pizza to bake out in the pizza truck! BYOB.
*For safety purposes, a Pizza D'Apple employee will put in and remove pizzas from the wood fire oven.

7/26 Ultimate Pizza Wars!

Do you enjoy watching food challenges on TV? If so, grab your friends and family and join us for Foodology's annual pizza making competition! Using Chef Rachael's dough and pantry items, teams will have to create an original pizza to bake off during the allotted time. The Pizza D'Apple truck will be in the parking lot ready for you to bake up your pie in their seasoned brick oven. A $50 Foodology gift card will be given to the winning team! This is meant to be a friendly competition.
