Foodology Classes and COVID-19: (please read!)

Foodology and it's guests will be subject to adherence of any precautionary measures instituted by either the federal or state governments in regards to COVID-19. We will not allow anyone to participate in classes or events if they are unwilling to comply with the guidelines. Refusal to comply with guidelines will void any credit or class exchange opportunities, if applicable. Masks are optional. Thank you for your cooperation!

Please Note:

If a state or federal shut down occurs due to COVID-19, another pandemic, natural disaster or any other reason that forces us to close, Foodology will give a CREDIT for the full amount if the session hasn't started, or a pro rated credit for the remainder of the class(es). Credits must be used within 2 years. Refunds will not be given. Please understand that we will give you as much notice as we can, but we appreciate your understanding as last minute cancelations could happen.

5/2 Sushi Making for Beginners

Chef Instructor James Nelson ~ Culinary Instructor

Call up your sushi loving friends and join Chef Nelson for this hands on, locally sourced, cooking class where each twosome will make an Asian salad with ginger dressing, learn proper rice cooking and rolling of a California roll, coconut shrimp roll, and spicy tuna roll (each roll makes 8-10 pieces). Rolls will be professionally presented alongside pickled ginger and wasabi sauce. Seats are limited. BYOB!

Want to expand your buttercream skills? In this class we will be making floral cupcakes specializing in buttercream flower techniques in perfect time for spring! Each person will make 12 cupcakes. All ingredients and tools are provided. Class is open to all skill levels. This class is hands on. Seats are limited.

5/15 Nashville Night ~ Cooking Class & Live Music 🎶

Chef Instructor Christina Hart ~ Foodology

Put on your cowboy hat and boots and take a walk with us down Nashville's famous broadway strip for a night filled with food, fun and of course, country music! With this legendary “Music City” menu, participants will enjoy classic Mac & Cheese, Nashville hot chicken sandwiches served with cornbread & slaw and some gooey moon pies for dessert (moon pies will be made in advance but recipe will be included) Eat and enjoy your food while listening to country singer, songwriter and musician, Lexi Mack, as she performs acoustically both original and covered country songs. All recipes will be provided. BYOB! (We suggest some Tennessee whiskey of course!)

5/17 Tastes Like Schitt…'s Creek Cooking Class & Trivia Night

I love this Foodology journey for you! Have fun making fun, Schitt's Creek inspired apps while playing Schitt's Creek trivia for prizes! Appetizers to include ~ Blouse Barn bruschetta and Moira's mother's enchilada bites (yes, we will be folding in the cheese). For dessert… "there's a dead guy in room 4" rosebud cupcakes. This class is hands-on with cupcakes made in advance due to time restraints. Recipes included. Seats are limited. BYOB!

6/1 Family Food Fight ~ Cupcake Wars!

Ages 5+ At least one member of the team must be 18 or over.

Does your family love to cook together? Do you enjoy watching food challenges on TV? If so, join us for Foodology's CUPCAKE THROW DOWN! Using the Foodology kitchen pantry items and selection of available recipes, teams will have to create and frost 12 cupcakes before time runs out! Teams will be judged on Creativity, Presentation & Taste. A $50 Foodology gift card and bragging rights are at stake! Does your team have what it takes to impress the judges? All supplies and tools will be provided. This is intended to be a friendly competition.
